My friend wants to know, If a call is started before 6pm, whether it would use up minutes if it continued past 6pm?

If u started the Call before 6PM, it would deduct minutes from your package and if u go over those minutes, you will be charged extra. I would suggest calling after 6PM when it's free.

Update
In addition to the solution provided above, If call is placed or received during the peak period of the price plan and ends during the off-peak period, the total duration of the call will be billed accordingly to the peak rate
