Hello,
I have a website that sends SMS with email to sms gateway that works with multiple carriers (all except videotron) but about a week ago all rogers users cannot receive their messages. (I can test it too, since I have a rogers phone)
the gmail account that sends the emails with the application returns this:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
514xxxxxxx@sms.rogers.com
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain sms.rogers.com by sms.rogers.com. [74.198.133.131].
The error that the other server returned was:
551 5.7.1 Sender unauthorized
I called tech support and told me to reboot my cellphone and he did a 'network' reset, and I think it worked. But I have about 50 users with rogers phones and I would like to know when this issue will be corrected.
Thanks.

Thank you, that helped... however I get a “You have mail from abc@xyz.com. Please reply with ‘Read’ to read your message.”
Any way to get the message directly rather than having to reply with Read?
