I found out an annoying problem last week. I cannot download file attachments via email, even with wifi, if they are over 5MB in size.
I contacted Samsung support, they say the limit is imposed by my carrier.
Rogers..off to you...why a 5MB file size limit??

What type of attachment is it? (doc, xls, ppt, pdf, music file, video, zip etc.). Please note not all types are supported.
Where are you downloading the message from? Examples: exchange email, gmail, or other personal pop/imap accounts
-Please note Exchange Admins control the size of the attachments. ISP's also control the size of allowable limit.
Where are you downloading files from? Web? Or other mediums?
