I tried asking the same question on live chat with rogers, but they said "NO" because the account holder (my dad) is not the one thats talking to them, and I am not on their official list or w/e.
Anyways, I have four phones attached to my family plan. For easy sake, call them A B C and D.
The early upgrade fee is as follows, I just checked:
A - $80
B - $130
C - $0
D - $0.
So the phone would cost the device amount + early upgrade fee + admin fee.
I am really confused because I own A, and I have more than 1 year out of my 3 year contract. But my fee is only $80?
Also, if C and D decide to upgrade to iPhone in october/november, would my fee go up because the two other phones got upgraded?
Any answer would be appreciated. Thanks!

I am not positive but I believe the upgrade fee is a per phone basis. Now since you have 2 phones at $0 you could get 2 new phones and really put any of the 4 sim cards in them. Rogers just cares that you pay off the discounted phone purchases. The early upgrade fees are different for a couple of reasons: 1. initial phone cost was lower 2. phones have been on contract longer 3. contracts may be of a higher dollar amount
