E mail settings for Smartphone

I have an unlocked "clone" Nokia E72 smartphone, and am having trouble setting up e mail in order to take a picture and then send,   I am presently using a weekly Data plan.  If anyone could text me the settings or help any other way I would appreciate it.

Thank you in advance

Re: E mail settings for Smartphone

Hi

I have just added the data option to my PAYG account. Thanks to the Forum posts, I have been able to add the APN settings and emaikl etc seems to work. However, now I get frequent messages flashing up on screen saying Message expired or unavailable: Expiration: Nov 05.  Can anyone explain why this is and how to get rid of it please?

Thanks
