Disappointment - Bill credit not applied after 3rd bill

This is my 3rd bill cycle with rogers and my experience as a whole has been a great disappointment. From call centre agents not sending warranty kits to techs trying to run lines across my street, to yet AGAIN having to call for another bill correction because I was sold on a $200 post 3 months. mobile reimbursement which wasn't applied.

I get it...you want to rush to market, but, if people need to call you all the time, it's wasted on your opex.

I really thought your processes were better.
