For about a week now, my digital adapter keeps cutting out every 2-3 minutes. The screen goes black with the message, "Please be patient as the unit is updating the software. This may take up to 20 minutes, etc etc.." It loses the signal for about 3-5 seconds and then goes back to normal. After another few minutes, it happens again. I've tried re-authorizing the unit by calling the self serve line but it hasn't fixed the problem.
