I did a diagnose my DNS and got Your computer appears to be correctly configured but the resource. (DNS is not resonding ) . Widow7
I am not good with computer but getting the idea how it works ..
Any idea what i do??

The problem might be related to your DNS cache, so flush it out.
To flush the cache, type ipconfig /flushdns at a command prompt
Start button-> All programs->Accessories->Comand Prompt

Bring up a command prompt and type: ipconfig/all
That will display the Windows IP Configuration. In the second data group, near the bottom, is the DNS Servers:
From my pc:
Ethernet adapter Ethernet:
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220
I have the DNS servers set in the pc itself. These are for OpenDNS. Yours should probably be the Rogers DNS address. Can you run that command and see what is currently set in the pc. Normally the modem or router supplies the DNS server address to the pc, laptop, gaming device, etc, etc. It can be set in the modem, or in the end device. If that DNS entry is left empty in the modem or router, the modem or router will use the ISP default DNS server.
