Nope 😞
Like you, I've tried every combination on all of the various pages (it's a pity there isn't just one page) to no avail, complete with reboots.
If people want to text me a picture they have to use WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. If they don't have those they have to email me, or not bother.
Also means I can't send (or receive) a "long" text.
It's disappointing because the Samsung phones are pretty standard. I don't understand what's wrong.

Hi @Gheerema,
Welcome to the Community Forums, and thanks for your posts! Congrats on the S8+, that's one heck of a gift, and my current phone of choice too! Was the reboot able to successfully save your settings and allow you to send MMS? Let us know!
@Sherman1967, I'm sorry to hear you're still having issues. Are you receiving any errors when attempting to send things, or do they just not send at all? Did you try the suggestion in this post from @RogersMaude? Keep us posted!

You can add two more to the list. Both my Pixel XL and my wife's Pixel are unable to send MMS texts. It's been spotty for a little while until recently and now just completely broken. No error message or anything just sends but the other party never receives it. I've gone over the APN settings and tried everything as well....

> Instead of 10.128.1.69, could you input the following in MMS Proxy/Multimedia Message Proxy: mmsproxy.rogers.com?
Tried it - No luck.

> After inputting the MMS settings, have you tried sending an MMS to yourself? When it's failing what's the error message are you getting?
Yes. It tries for a bit, then fails with "Failed MMS."

Do not send (or receive) at all. If you try to send, you just get this:
When you receive one it looks like this:
When you click "download" you get this:
...tries for about two hours, then fails.

Yes - No luck.

your phone has verizon firmware and WILL NOT be able to use rogers apn settings. Before os 5.0 it would accept a different apn setting. "it worked for me" but as I found out after updating to 5.0 and above the firmware wouldnt accept any apn settings. Atleast this was for my S5. I had to move on.
And there is no firmware fix, its locked to verizon.
