I recently purchased a new iPhone, and have a crack that runs the width of my phone, I have the protection plan I just want to know how to get it replaced?

Sorry about the crack 😟, I'm glad to hear you have a protection plan. Do you have the Rogers Device Protection Plan or the AppleCare+? 

If you subscribe to the Rogers Device Protection, you can reach Brightstar at 1-855-877-3887 and dial 1 after the prompt, or request service at rogers.com/servicerequest. 

If you have AppleCare+ you can get 1-stop service and support from Apple experts:

• English: 1-800-263-3394 (www.apple.com/ca/support/)
• French: 1-800-263-3394 (www.apple.com/ca/fr/support/)
• Hours of operation are: Monday-Friday: 8a.m.-9p.m. ET
