I would have expected our spots to drop this week given people in the 600s had theirs shipped on Friday. The number we are given for the status seems really off or not up to date.

How does this work? You were able to keep your Corporate plan but go through the regular reservation system? I thought this was not possible.
I received an email from Kim Walker Ombudsman, Rogers Communications, they are going to start an investigation, so he sent me a document that i had to sign and send back to him.
Please, everybody that is on the same boat send and email to firstname.lastname@example.org, the more we are the better, we deserve to be trated like any other customer.

I received the same email from the Ombudsman. Her letter stated that the issue has been taken up with the Office of the President and they have responded that they will look into the matter. We'll see. I've already contacted Telus with a backup plan to switch if nothing happens.

as someone requested earlier, who is Ombudsman? how did this person's name/email come up? what is his role? i can't seem to find the details in this thread. if i had more background, i would consider emailing as well.
