Contract Termination

Hi, I'm wondering about my contract termination date. I checked under the device balance that I have $0, but under the this balance will be $0 by this date is April 2016. Does that mean I am committed to the device still or can I change/upgrade my device without paying any termination fee? Thanks.

Based on what you see under "Device balance as of today:" being zero, you are able to upgrade with no additional charges aside from your new device and activation fee.
