Concerned about my phone being Blacklisted... Is this possible?
My crazy ex-flatmate gifted me a new phone for Christmas, I moved out yesterday and he said that if I don’t give the phone back to him it will shut off. Is that even possible?

If his name is the only one on the cellphone account then he can. If you had your name on the account and that device in particular you could fight it. Hope your situation improves!
