Community Support Tracker

 
The purpose of this Tracker is to log the Name, Username, Acct. Info, Telephone Number and entire PM log for our collective needs.
 
The Tracker is found on the Technical Support Tool Zone and can be found here:http://technicalsupporttoolzone.com/socialmedia/list.php
 
-          Below you can see ‘New Entry’. This is where you click to start a new tracker.
-          When looking up a Tracker ID “SMCS123456” you can paste it in the Search Bar. Even just the 6 digits will work.

-          Make sure the Business Area is selected and the Issue Category is filled in.
-          Select the Status as well (Open, Resolved, Referred or Escalated)

In addition to this, at the end of every PM we will include the Tracker ID.
This way the Tracker ID will be available for the whole team to see at any time, and the customer is non-the-wiser.
