Cisco 8642HD Scheduled recordings locked

My PVR is several years old and in the last couple of days I have been unable to delete several scheduled recordings. The priority is only #1 and #2 and somehow the schedull has changed (and locked) any time, all episodes and any day of the week. I've cancelled the programs and I get a notice that PVR  DFO cannot be accessedright now. Does anyone have a solution ?

I know this may sound silly, but have you rebooted the box yet??

Often many lockups on playing/recording, etc can be solved with a reboot.


If you already have.. i wonder if they drive may be going on it..

Thanks --I have tried the reboot several times and on the third try it worked. Thank you for the VooDoo.I appreciate the help!
