Channel line up

A few moths ago Rogers modified the channel line up and got rid of some channels that were double listed. On top of that the listing made more sense. Now with the adding of more and more HD channels I think that some modifications should be done again. 

OMNI 1 is both on 520 and 565

OMNI 2 is both on 530 and 566

HDSRC is on 515 and 602, why is that French channel at all in the "500 series"

Same for RDS which is on 508 and 617

531 and 532 should be switched to make the same line-up as the Buffalo channels

Why not put the recently added BC channels 581 and 582 close to 514, 568  and 518 and make a line up like the American channels.(west coast with west coast and east coast with east coast)

These are just a few examples, I understand it is not easy, but in my opinion the line-up could be much more simple and logic.

 I have seen this too & what I think is that these were just never deleted from the line up. These are usually remaps of a channel and don't take up a lot of bandwidth.  I discussed this with a rogers tech before and he believes these will be eventually removed in the near future. I agree that these are annoying.

Follow this link and in the bottom right hand corner there is a drop down menu. Try it out by selecting your cable box type, region & city.

Thank you Migo.... I agree....  I spent hours looking for CBC Newsworld and only found it after finding your comments in this forum.   in the channel line-up it is listed as NN HD.... how that translates to CBC Newsworld if beyond me....
