Channel 43 not working

I've Been Here Awhile

Channel 43 history channel has not worked for 3 weeks. I've reset the box. What next?

What do you see on screen?  Is it a black screen with no audio, or is there some sort of notice? Are there other channels with similar problems - scan a few others that you may not normally watch?

 

Usually if you see a black screen, the issue is a poor signal at your home or in your neighbourhood. You can call Rogers and have them check your signal (and that of your neighbours) remotely to see if that's the problem.  See the following link:

Just a black screen nothing else. All other channels are fine.

Since you've already rebooted - I assume by unplugging the box for several seconds and plugging it back in, call Rogers and have them check the signal per my previous post.

 

What is the exact make/model of the box (SA 4642 for example?)
