I recently aquired a new iphone 4. I saw the guide on the iphone 4 section of the roger's site on how to change your sim card. So I logged in, but I can't find the change sim card option anywhere.

I'm assuming the original poster figured out how to do this by now but for those in the future...
log in to your "my rogers" account online
from the main "overview" tab you should have one of the boxes labelled "wireless"
within that box there should be a number of hyperlink options to pick from and one of them will be "change SIM card"
easy peasy from there 🙂

Not if you are a 'Pay as You Go' customer... no such option there.
