Change sim card online

I recently aquired a new iphone 4. I saw the guide on the iphone 4 section of the roger's site on how to change your sim card. So I logged in, but I can't find the change sim card option anywhere.

I'm assuming the original poster figured out how to do this by now but for those in the future...

log in to your "my rogers" account online

from the main "overview" tab you should have one of the boxes labelled "wireless"

within that box there should be a number of hyperlink options to pick from and one of them will be "change SIM card"

easy peasy from there 🙂

Not if you are a 'Pay as You Go' customer... no such option there.

How do u do it if you are a pay as you go customer

In this case we called the Rogers 'Pay as You Go' customer info / help number and they were able to take care of it. Have your account info on you when you call. Last week my other daughter updated her phone and the Rogers store was not busy when we picked up the new Nano Sim so the service person there did it all.
