Change number of rings before message picks up while away from home

Does anyone know if it is possible to change number of rings before message picks up from a remote location? i.e.  a phone outside your home. Can this be done on-line as well?

Hi @Ldanton

Thanks for your post.

You would need to subscribe to feature Home & Away ™ Online-Manager with VM

to access  and manage your ringer settings.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

It can be done online.  Go to Home Phone under your MyRogers account and there's a link for Home and Away Online Manager.  The option is there.

Thank you I did not know this. However I do not see the "Home and Away Online Manager" what I see instead in the same location is "Manage Voicemail"

Home & Away ™ Voicemail Introducing Voicemail to Text  "Manage Voicemail"
TV Call Display

Which does not give me that option.

Then, without the subscription to Home and Away manager (which I have...which is why I mentioned the online link), then it appears there is no way to manage the number of rings from a phone outside of the home.
