i need to change my password, cannot log in

Instructions for changing wifi password are located at rogers.com/wifisupport but your rogers tech support agent can do it for you or walk you thru it.

What steps have you taken so far to try and resolve your issue?

 

  • Have you tried to power cycle after the initial first attempt?
  • Have you tried to login via a hardwired connection?
  • Did you perform a factory reset yet?
  • Are you receiving any particular error?

@eormonde you can run a factory reset by depressing the recessed reset button at the back of the modem and then reset everything from scratch, including the password.  Or, call tech support and have the CSR change it to a temporary password.  Then you can log in and change the password to something else if you prefer.
