I bet that $1080 fraudulent charge by Bell for use of turbo sticks gets refunded after this public exposure, but probably invoking a gag clause.
The cell phone bill reduction for the 20-year Rogers customer is also interesting. Rogers used to hand out a lot of loyalty perks years ago, but that's been stopped now. However, the principle remains if they truly want to keep customers.
