I just watched CBC Marketplace last night. Some very useful tips on how to escalate your customer service calls to get real results. Worth watching.

Yes, especially from the guy who has experience as a CSR. He knows when he's getting BS'd by a rep following a script and whether further avenues are open. I bet that $1080 fraudulent charge by Bell for use of turbo sticks gets refunded after this public exposure, but probably invoking a gag clause.

 

The cell phone bill reduction for the 20-year Rogers customer is also interesting.  Rogers used to hand out a lot of loyalty perks years ago, but that's been stopped now. However, the principle remains if they truly want to keep customers.
