I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Wireless service. Have you checked with anyone else in the area using Rogers wireless service? Try rebooting your phone or turn on airplane mode and back off to see if it catches signal. What phone are you using? You can also try taking the sim out and putting it back in.

My phone worked for a day after they reset my network connection, but last night it started to fail again. I was on hold for one and a half hour on tech support, and my answer was "the network team is putting on a fix this morning at 7am EST. " As of now my phone still show "Unregistered SIM".
