I had this similar behaviour in my 920. It would not stay on LTE ever. Would constantly switch from LTE to 3G to EDGE to G to No Service and all over the place. When this was happening I would have call drops, SMS sending issues, data network issues where I could not surf or use apps because of no data or DMS not found.
I called Rogers tech support for help, they had me shut down my phone, reset my account, and turn it back on and it has been WAY better ever since.
Before sitting at my desk at work I would see it flip networks all the time, now it just stays on LTE. WAY BETTER! Call now! Operators are standing by!
I thought I'd reply to this thread. The last couple of months my device has been working fine on Edge.
I think Iv'e found the issue, though. I think it's the size of the pictures my Lumia920 takes. Since the photos are fairly large, Edge was simply rejecting them from being sent. But a few days ago I was on Edge and MMS was working. So either it was a carrier firmware thing, or a network limitation of some sort. Regardless, it's fixed.
