Cannot connect to certain addresses

Hi, I play an online game and for a long time, I havent been able to connect to either their site by tracing:

And yet on my cellphone (not Rogers provider) I can connect just fine. I heard that its a problem with some ISPs who have blocked/blacklisted these because months ago they had an issue, but its been resolved for a long time, just that the ISPs have not removed their block and its obviously in their low prorities. I would like a senior technican to look into it and help resolve this issue so I can connect and play again. I thought posting my problem here would get the message out better as people can see my problem. Thanks.

I thought it initially might have been a DNS issue, but on my machines with the GOOGLE DNS, it comes up the same... likely that its being like you said, blocked by the ISP

Yea I told them about it and it says they are working on it, but its been a week and nothing is happening. Just to show that their is a site (and game server) in that address and they are not down in anyway and other providers can log on to them fine, I took this cellphone screenshot this morning as proof.

While I just get a "The connection has timed out" page when I connect with Rogers Home Internet.

I just tried running traceroute from multiple dedicated and vps servers, and it was not reachable at all.

More then half of locations i used, were not able to connect as well.
