If you call in to customer service we do have the ability to call a support line who can assist with getting old accounts de-linked from the MyRogers profile. If you're not having success I would suggest calling in and having it done for you.

I don't have old accounts. Same accounts I've had for many years.

I have the same issue. It said "Looks like you’re trying to access your services through MyRogers. We apologize, unfortunately the information you’re looking for is temporarily unavailable. Please check back later and thank you for your patience!" It's been like this for weeks.

Hi all:
Do not waste your breath. I go throught to the office of the President. It is a known issue with Rogers thought they do not care to admit it on social medai. The ETA for the fix is end of November it seems. The Presodents office will be in touch with em in a weel or so. So stop wasting your time with tech support/
