After the new rogers website update, i havent been able to view my internet usage for this month. I'm afraid that i might go over my allowed bandwith. I have checked all the available tabs in the account overview but none of them has showed my my usage so far. If someone could direct me to the internet usage indicator it would be great, THANKS!

The update shouldnt have changed that part... 😞 Mine hasnt changed.
Go to http://www.rogers.com/myrogers
and log in with your info.
on the page there, should be the SUMMARY page.. lists all your different services you have.
On the INTERNET one, there should be a rough usage bar there.. then a link under it.. which will take you to the more detailed page.
IF some of this stuff isnt showing up... try with another browser.
(its working and visible here, using IE11)

Ive gone to the overview tab and the only thing i am able to see is my bill. Regarding the account transfer , i havent transfer accounts anwhere, so thinks its not the problem. I then went to the services tab and then went to the internet tab and it says,
"There are no Internet accounts registered with your online profile. Please add your Rogers account(s) to your online profile in order to perform this activity."

Well so far its not working. I took your advice on the web browser, and i just seems to be loading. If things dont work out, then i guess its some account error, and ill need to contact rogers. I really appreciate your help ! Thank you so much !
