I have both Rogers wireless service and home internet. When I log in to my account on Rogers.com it lets me view everything associated with my phone (usage, bills, etc.) but when I try to access my internet usage, the page just hangs.
I'm going to My Rogers -> Products & Services -> Internet
The page says "loading" indefinitely.
Anyone know how to set this up so that I can see my monthly internet usage?
I did just go check and was able to log in and view all the usage just fine, both the basic and detailed.
Now which browser are you using? I have seen in the past, some people have issues seeing it with some browsers. (i think its using a java based applet to view it, and the other browsers arent playing nice with it always).
Now is this the usage on the front page now just showing that one part? OR the detailed.
WHen you go to either, does it show that little spinning progress symbol?
If your not seeing the symbol.. that may be part of the problem.. its not loading the applet or whatever its running, properly. Have you tried updating flasha and java? (just trying to iliminate things)
