Cable service is out - 9/25/18

My cable service is out or at least too choppy to watch. I tried calling support but the lines ring busy, what can I do?

Cable too choppy to watch-Ottawa

I'm in Whitby and my signal is choppy on all channels.  I wonder what's wrong.  The online chat is offline and all circuits are busy when I try to call.  I also rebooted my box and no change.  This started abotu 20 minutes ago, right in the middle of a movie I was watching.   Grrrrrrr.

Out in Brooklin. Looks like Rogers has a major issue.

Looks like Bell took out Rogers. Only Bell and Comedy seem to be working

I'm in Whitby and having the same problem.  Tried to reboot with no change.  Where are you?  Apparently this is widespread as Ottawa is having the same problems.   No online chat, can't reach by phone as all circuits are busy.

Yeah I noticed this now too - about 20 mins ago all the channels got distorted (tried unplugging the digital box & plugging it back in, but it's still scrambled). Wide-spread issue? I'm in Toronto.

Cable is out in Pickering, Ontario.  Been out since 9:45 P.M.

I can't even get to the help line. It dials, then just goes to a dialtone without connecting. 

Strangely, the US networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox) and Space are all fine. Everything else is pixelated.

I'm in the Bathurst and Sheppard area of Toronto. All channels choppy, can't get Rogers support on the phone.

Rogers TV / internt down in large part of Southern Ontario!!

In Toronto Rogers TV is all scrambled. Internet is down in some parts.

What is going on? Storms, hackers...?

Anyone know anything?
