My cable service is out or at least too choppy to watch. I tried calling support but the lines ring busy, what can I do?

Sounds like a widespread issue. I tried calling Rogers and got the message that "all circuits are busy. Please try again later". Just noticed that all is back again. Jays lost 4-1!

In the most understated way possible Rogers finally acknowledges the outage:

Cable tv out in Richmond Hill, On too. No updates from Rogers twitter or Facebook.
Ongoing pixelation issues for weeks now signal is all gone and one of my HDPVRs is stuck on boot (tried unplugging for 30 sec- no luck). Rogers needs to fix their cable TV issues and service stability asap. Customers pay a lot for cable and these service issues happen far too often and waste our time.
Can we get an update please and support for this outage?

Did they said what the problem is?

Same problem here in Mississauga. Tried to get Rogers on the phone, but got repeated busy signals. Now trying to get someone on live chat at Rogers, but no luck so far except the automatic responses to wait for someone.
