Cable service is out - 9/25/18

My cable service is out or at least too choppy to watch. I tried calling support but the lines ring busy, what can I do?

I am out in London Ontario... What kind of outage is this? Canada-wide? Their phones are down, chat service is down as well.

Out here in Fredericton NB as well, and the channels that do come in are either to choppy to watch or there is only sound and no picture only found one American channel that actually came in.

My cable is out and I have missed the last half of the only show I wanted to watch today. With more reliable services to watch shows on - what is the benefit of cable? After a long day, I was really looking forward to this and planned my evening around it. Cable is a relic.

Experiencing same issue- pixelated images shown in pretty much any channel but channel 06 is perfectly fine for me. Connected to the newkirk PHUB (Richmond Hill).
