Cable modem connected but still no Internet. Essa Township area.

I came home after  work and I have no Internet. Logging into the modem I can see its connected to he server. I have IP address, DNS and still no Internet. I have rebooted the modem twice already. I'm in te Essa Township. Does anybody in the same area have the same issue? BTW I'm on my iPad with Bell.

I'm having a similar issue....I am using their modem/router...I end up bouncing across the main network, and the guest network in order to get by....you may imply have an issue with the router, where you might need a firmware upgrade.....As for me, I will be calling their "tech" support right now.
