The stingray music channels aren't showing any music metadata. Title, by, CD, label are all blank. It's been like this for about two weeks on all the channels I've checked, including 712 which is my preferred channel. My NextBox has been rebooted, didn't help. The cable box is about 3.5 yrs old and I'm wondering if they just changed the data format or something and the box can't cope.

@Cactus73 : It's working fine for me. Where are you located (roughly)? What is the exact make/model of your box(es)? It's working in Toronto on my two 9865 PVRs, as well as my old SA8300HD.
Have you checked your signal as this can sometimes cause issues, but I thought you'd probably encounter audio dropouts, etc... See:

I have the same problem for a while too, no data on the stingray audio channels. I have the regular HD Nextbox (New-Brunswick version).

One other suggestion is to contact Stingray. I have found them good to work with. They would then work with Rogers towards a resolution:
