Blocking subdomain at modem level

Hey guys,

I have the Hitron CGN3ROG router. I was wondering if it's possible to block subdomains.

I have logged into the router and I am able to mange certain devices but I do not see the options to block or blacklist certain domain/subdomains that I was able to on other modems/routers.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

CM

Re: Blocking subdomain at modem level

Unfortunatley, most of the gateways, only have BASIC device filtering.. if even that (some dont even have that)

Really if you are wanting filter to that level.. then you are best to use a 3rd party router in conjunction with the CGN3 (with it in bridge mode)
