Big problem with Apps iPhone 4 "Rogers My Account"

The thing is the Rogers My Account app is doing the same thing over on Android / Windows & Blackberry OS. It has nothing to do with Ovano. The App was made **bleep** & the developer is refusing to even correct the app in a way that it should work.

When you are trying to use it, what does it say? Normally if lets say you change your plan or add something, it will affect it. Also you are not able to use it on WiFi.

I do agree tho, the app barely works at times.

im using the same app for iPhone 3gs and it shows someone else's profile all of a sudden, not sure whats goin on?

was fine before i updated the app, now it had another persons name and address. uninstalled and reinstalled same crap.

please help. also my rogers.com account is not showing this phone either, just my gfs phone, before it was showing both.
