Bandwidth usage reset

I know the site is delayed by 1 day but does the actual reset happen on time like at 12 am?? E.g cycle ends on the 30th so bandwidth would reset at 12am making it the 1st

If you have a look at the bottom of the usage meter page it states that the results might not be available for 48 hours!  Two whole days!  Two days where you have a golden opportunity to add to the bottom line of Rogers!

They told me this had to do with the time it took for the information to transfered from the billing dept yadda yadda. What a load of crap.
