That's not my model but my understanding is that the highest Rogers Certified version is: 220.127.116.118

As I said in the Early Upgrade post where this seems to also be getting dealt with, the answer was not empty. The Rogers person could have said that 4.6 is a highest certified version for the 8900, which would have completed that. They tried, and there was information there for the OP to research further.
