" Not Authorized " means that the channels are not on the account as you never ordered them or the box is not authorized to be used on the account. If you tried rebooting the box and same thing happens, i would contact Rogers cable department and have them reauthorize the box and channels to work. Sometimes its a glitch and all u need to do is contact them .
Best solution is contact Rogers cable department like i said and see what they can do for you. There isn't much anyone can do here Sadly.
