No iPhone x option available in the upgrade screen either. So basically for some nondescript reason the Rogers system seems to randomly be deciding who gets the opportunity and who doesn't.

Finally got it through the upgrade screen. Tried paying right away to get it the fastest (on the advice of the message on the screen) and all it did was redirect to a different screen that no longer had the X on it. In stead chose to pick up at a store and it worked. Yikes, Rogers folks need to test these things days in advance.
