Once again i am making the iPhone Questions / Reservation thread!!!!! Apple just announced the new iPhone which is called iPhone 6 & iPhone 6 Plus . The new iPhone's includes a bigger screen, different backing design, better camera & VoLTE & much much more. . This thread will be where you need to post questions & even your reservation numbers once Rogers announces it & puts it up. Please do NOT make another thread about reservation & or about the new iPhone . I would like to keep it as one thread & clean..I am sure getting the iPhone Plus !!!
1). Once Rogers has announce when they will add the iPhone 6 to the reservation list & the day comes, sign into your My Rogers account - Product & Services – Wireless & you will see a Red wording saying “Device Reservation" on the main page. Click that & it will take you to the page. Once there you will need to pick which device you want " iPhone 6 / 6 Plus 16GB, 64G,128GB " & the color of the device you want. You also need to pick the store you want it to go too. Just to make it clear, reservations are for current Rogers wireless customers which have contracts with them. Rogers will put up the Pre order list for people that want to pre order the phone which have no wireless accounts with Rogers. Also just too add below is the meaning of the statues .
- If your status is "OPEN", your reservation has been made and we are awaiting product from our supplier. At this time you can change your pick-up location, contact email address or cancel your reservation.
- If your status is "CANCELLED", your reservation has been cancelled and your reservation fee will be credited back to your account.
- If your status is "IN PROGRESS", we have begun the shipment process and you will not be able to edit or cancel your reservation any longer. The next email you will get will be the one that confirms shipment to the store you chose.
- If your status is "SHIPPED", your device has left our warehouse and is on its way to the store you chose. Keep in mind that you can NOT reserve a device via calling them. It can ONLY happen if the reservation system is down but they will to reserve it via online. Plus if you reserve it via phone, you will NOT see your status or know what number you are VS reserving it online.
2). Please keep in mind that if you pick a Rogers Authorized dealership, you may not be able to get the device soon after it ships. This has been the main issue with all the iPhone reservations & most of the other devices which have been on the reservation system. I would suggest you pick a Local Rogers store (Corporate Rogers store or Rogers Plus) to go to get it. When the Rogers warehouse sends it out, the Rogers stores will get them first. Some of the Rogers Authorized dealers have their own warehouse in which the devices will go to. After that there is no tracking until the device ships from that warehouse & goes to the store & they call you. You can also look for your FlexTab aka upgrade fee online via My Rogers or contact Rogers & they will let you know.
3). Also remember you are going to have to put down a $40 fee to reserve the device. Once it ships out, the $40 fee will be reversed back into your account. IF you want to cancel your reservation, that $40 will also be credit back to you. So either way you will get that $40 back. Also remember you may NOT be the first to get the phone if you have a high number or a low one. The Reservation system is made to have a device reserved for you as the stores will be sold out. If your reservation status still says “ OPEN” after launch & a store has a device in stock, you can still go in the store & get it. Then come back home & cancel the reservation online. If the status is “ IN PROGRESS” & you get a device via a store that have one for u, you have to wait until it ships out & then tell the store that u picked u do not want it. Do reemember the reservation number is CANADA - WIDE. This means if lets say you are #45 in line for the black one, you are #45 for that GB , color & model Canada wide. Also keep in mine you have to be the account holder in order to pick up the device at the store. No one else can. You can try adding a family member as Level on the account but some stores will decline it.

4) .For Corporate / Business customers. You guys will have a different line then regular customers do. This means you guys have a few different statutes then regular customers do. Also keep in mind for the past few years there has been issues / confusen about business customers getting the phones via the reservation. You guys will be getting them the day of launch or after depending on your status & what goes on.
Pre orders will come out Friday Sept 12th & Launch date is Next Friday Sept 19th. I am sure Rogers will follow those orders. As for the device orders & which models Rogers will get. I am sure Rogers will get botboth models like they did last year.
Also the prices for both phones are different. So if you are going to get the iPhone 6 Plus, it will be much higher price then the iPhone 6. Rogers will announce the phone prices within either today or sometime before Friday!!!

I know this is a long thread to read, but read it before asking multiple questions in which have been already answered in this post ( if they have been answered on this post / thread). I will do my best like I have for the past 4 years of doing this to answer any questions you have about the reservations or device.

I'm also in the corporate queue for the same phone, and I wasn't sent the user/password for the log in, however I managed to log in using the following steps:
1. Go to reservebusinessdevice.ca
2. Click "Sign In" in top right corner
3. Click "Forgot Password"
4. Enter the email your reservation is under for username and email (username and email are the same - this should be the same email as on your account)
5. You'll get the ability to reset your password to the email
6. Log in using email and new password to check your order status
I have been at 40 in the Corporate reservation for 5 weeks for a 6+ 64 GB. Total time has been 9 weeks. I am still listed as In Progress/Pre-fulfillment, but last night I am now listed as -10/402 (yes that is a negative) what does that mean???
I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus, space grey, 128 on Sept 12 under a corporate account. 10 weeks later, I am in the 60's in the queue. I recently moved backward. I phoned at week 4. Rogers told me I was about a week away from getting it. I phoned 2 weeks later and was told a week. Two weeks later, another rep 'escalated' it but nothing happened.
After reading this thread and seeing others get their phone by complaining to the right person, and, seeing that stock has been coming in to stores, I thought I would try one more call to see if I could get one from a store.
So, yesterday I was told by the Rogers business rep that if I switch to a Business account (from corporate), and pay more per month, I could have my phone tomorrow as they would remove the lock on my account that prevents any store from selling a device to me.
*** Updated *** Managed to reach an Account Manager today who said that some Rogers stores can in fact sell to me as a corporate account holder. Will try that route.
went to 3 different lcoations yesterday for a 6+ 64 sg
-rogers (worst high school drop out hippie employees)
all 3 had them in stock, at 2 locations i even got to hold it in my hands, but couldnt take it home.
at rogers went to pay bill, all worked fine, asked for the iphone they said yah we got it, once i metnitoned im corporate, the system crashed somehow and was down all day, even though i just paid my bill 2 mintues earier. ok w/e
also they were so helpful, but once i said im corporate and came to get my phone, they became so rude and didint even smile and thats when i got angry
after a few more comments i was asked to leave the store.
i dont understand, i have the money, the phone is in stock, i ordered it, and cant have it.
best buy and future shop, no help there either.
i made a excel sheet to predict when i should receive my phone and if its going down in que as it has been, i will get mine on april 15 2015, and ordered on oct 9th.

I had a few questions about an Apple store reservation.
I've been in line for 2 months for a 128g SG Iphone 6+ on the Rogers business reservation site. I'm currently around 300th in line. I have a small business plan.
This evening I've was able to reserve my desired phone at an Apple store. I'd like to buy the phone there if possible, so that I don't have to wait in line any longer.
1) Will they let me buy the iphone under a 'small business' plan at the Apple store? I've read about people having trouble with corporate accounts, and I'm wondering if this is the same for small business accounts and whether I should expect them to tell me it won't be possible to set it up?
2) If it is possible to set it up, will I necessarily have to switch my plan? In the order form on the business reservation site, it did not require me to switch my plan.
If I run into problems at the Apple store, who do you suggest I call at Rogers?
I am so angry. Reserved iPhone 6+, 128 GBm Sept 14. Nov. 13 I received email that it was shipped. $40 credit to my account, etc. Called the store that "received" it - not there. Finally yesterday Nov.19, was told by the store that all they received were the free speakers that was part of the promotion when I reserved - NO PHONE. Long day on hold with Rogers yesterday, gave up. Today I got a human being who seemed to be trying to help but ultimately said that the lines were down and he couldn't talk to anyone who might be able to figure out this snafu.
Couldn't even tell me if I would EVER receive the phone or if I go to the end of the reservation line or ANYTHING
I know that the 6+ are difficult to get but this is ridiculous!!! I am going to start looking around town and if I find a 6+ anywhere, I am taking it and am also closing my Rogers account too. (cable, internet, home phone etc = > $3600 per year leeched from me)
Is there any phone number or person from Rogers that we can contact to raise our concerns to? I have spoken on the phone a few times and gone through the online complaint or share a concern steps but I highly doubt any of it is actually being read or heard. There must be someone at Rogers who can make a change for future reservations as this one has been an epic fail.
Well I decided to check with one of the stores within my area and the first one I called had a bunch of 6's in stock....so stupid how I was in th 70's on the reservation list when there was a phone all ready and waiting for me less than a km away! This system is so stupid....now I am expecting for the charge and reimbursement to be like 2 months apart since my bill is always screwed up!!!! But at least I now have my shiney new gold iphone 6!
