I also ordered matte black 128gb and no updates. I ordered last week of November, and initially estimated for 2-4 weeks, which changes to 6 weeks and now the 60 days.
Corporate account btw, so I've had to live chat/ call in to get updates (which has just been the ETA changes)

I have been waiting since September and now Its January 19, 2017! the phone is widly availale at each apple store, and Rogers tells me that the phone is out of stock and we dont have a queue number, and I asked for other options they told me i could just get it from apple store on a contract with the Carrier of my choice, I tried it and it didnt work when i already signed up for a Contract back in September and now waiting for the phone. Apple will only do it new Sign ups.

That is how I feel. I am sitting at 245 so I guess we will get ours around the same time, will I even want it at that point????

Yeah I'm a bit disappointed...
Apparently the only color they have in stock is Silver.
I even asked about the 256 GB option and they have none of the colors...
I might change my order to the Silver..

I'm also located in Ontario. I've been waiting since the 3rd week in November for my corporate phone (which I use as my personal line too). No sign of it, no one can provide an answer up the chain as to when it will arrive.
Seriously, what the heck is going on that is causing the back up for corporate devices??

@bowzy Curious as to what you ordered. I ordered in November and FINALLY I got my phone yeah. I ordered a rose gold 128 GB and believe me that will be the last phone I buy as it is going to last me many years.... lol

Have never had such poor customer service as I just had dealing with Rogers over this issue.
I ordered my matte black iPhone 7 Plus 128gb on September 13 and have been inching my way through the waitlist. I just found out today that a friend on the same corporate plan who ordered the exact same phone but in late November just received his, and for half the price that I had been quoted!
I called Rogers to find out how somebody ordering months after on exactly the same plan I was on could jump ahead of the queue and was told that there are two lists, one for people who reserved when the iPhone 7/7Plus was announced and one for after Rogers began receiving stock. The Rogers rep told me that the list for early reservations does not receive any preference whatsover and that you actually receive your phone much faster if you wait a month or so to order!
I'm amazed that they operate like this and will be looking to terminate my contract and move to Telus tomorrow.

As I said my friend is on the same plan and ordered the same phone, but 2 months later. He received an email yesterday that it was being shipped and then got the phone today.
I offered a few times to give the rep his name and phone number so he could look at the account himself to verify what I was saying and see what could be done to speed mine up but he had no interest.
As an existing customer to have to wait over 4 months for a phone that I could get much faster by walking into any Rogers Store and signing up as a new customer is ridiculous. And the fact that the phone reservation queue isn't going in order doesn't give me any faith that any one there knows what's going on or even cares.

Update:
I ordered a matte black during the black friday sale. When I saw that all the other colors got restocked, I chatted with rogers (3rd or 4th time) to see what was going on and they blamed supply issues and backlog of orders. They offered to credit my account the difference between today's price and sale price if I was able to get one in store.
Badly needed a phone now so I tried my luck . First store I went to said they wouldn't process my upgrade because it was a corporate account (but the girl didn't even try on the system -- basically said they could get in trouble later on.) Was waiting at the mall while the gf was shopping so I figured why not try again (different from first store) and the guy processed it right away. He said usually it would stop them from processing if there was an issue.

You know I was quite shocked to discover this weekend that two of my friends have received/will be receiving their iphones. Both ordered the 128gb Matte Black iphone plus. One ordered it two weeks ago (from bell) and received it on Friday (also, he too has a corporate plan) and the other ordered his in December and his will be arriving this week. Now, eveyone keeps saying that it's apple, they aren't sending enough phones out to carriers and I am arriving at the conclusion that it's just rogers fault. This is a mess. I pay monthly for a phone I do not have, I don't think it will change in the next little while, my current iphone 5 holds a charge for a whopping two hours and I need a phone.
Rogers is a mess and they shouldn't be forcing people to sign for new plans and pay monthly for them if they can't deliver the phones. This is absurd. Also just for reference still sitting in the 200s and ordered my phone Sept 26.
