Interesting that you ordered a week ago a 7plus rose gold and are #3 as I had quite a lengthy conoversation with them and am #14. My order was mid-November so to me the # means absolutely nothing as we are all being fooled. I have checked various wireless stores, Rogers Corprate and Plus as well as Best Buy and they are all saying the same that they are not receiving the 7 plus? Just dont know what to believe....

Has anyone received their iPhone 7 Plus lately?
All of the apple stores are now in stock, my reservation number hasnt changed.

After talking to Rogers and the lengthy time of waiting since sept 9th. They made the exception to remove my corporate code so I could go get my iPhone 7plus matte 128gb from the Apple Store. So I went and picked it up and called Rogers back and they put the msd code back on after wards. Finally!! 😁

My company ordered my phone a month ago (a Rose Gold 7 Plus 128)... and while I don't know where I am "in line" the status still says "ordered" according to my tech person... that's all they know. Apparently I can't even choose an older in-stock model now that my 7 Plus has been ordered so this whole little scenario is total poop.
I ordered the new phone because my current 6 Plus is limping and gasping (and you know when iPhones go, they go hard!)... If I am reading this thread correctly, there are corporate customers who ordered a 7 Plus back in Sept and STILL don't have their phones?! And we can't even find out when the heavens will open and drop new 7 Pluses down?!

Its been now 2 months and the Roger stores do not get the iPhone 7 plus unless a customer orders one and then they cancel. If that happens, then an iPhone 7 plus is available so everyone I have talked to even the loyalty dept are all call centre people that have no clue about how the sales works! It totally is ridiculous as there are over 1500 people I believe I was told are awaiting phones here in ON? We should be able to or Rogers should be able to just go to the Apple store and get our orders!!!
If you want to go to the Apple Store we can, however, we have to outright purchase the phone so what is the point unless one goes to a better plan that what Rogers has. Perhaps I will look into some other plans and just leave Rogers altogether....
Let us know because I think they are telling you a fish story.

Well you guys, to keep you updated, I have moved to 297 on the list. I am probably going to call this weekend to remove the corporate code and pick my phone up in stores (the matte black 7 plus 128gb) it's been available since before Christmas, my local apple has lots of stock (isn't that swell, ugh).
I will let you know how it goes.

UPDATE: Called to ask them to remove my corporate code, the one lady was completely rude and told me I didn't have a premium + tab and would need to pay 530 for the phone when I was looking directly at my account and it said premium + but she decided to just look at the rogers website and told me premium + tab plans had more data now so obviously I do not have a premium + tab plan. Well, I changed my phone back in September and they clearly have changed the plans so she just didn't bother to do any research and was the most useless agent I have ever spoken to in my life.
Called back again after, spoke to someone else who informed me that I did in fact have a premium + tab plan and would only have to pay $480 for the phone however if I removed the corporate code and picked it up at apple, I would not be able to re-apply the corporate code for 3 months. So essentially the phone gets jacked up in price via my phone plan because they refuse to re-apply the code asap.
Thinking of switching to telus as the customer service at rogers is the most horrendous thing I have ever dealt with.
