Hey everybody. My pre-order number was around 470 a few days ago so I decided to call a Rogers store close to me. The agent said that they do, on occasion, receive shipments as well as carry excess pre-orders if no one picks them up after 3 days. I asked him if he had any available and he DID. They had a 7 Plus, 256GB Black. I was able to renew for two years.
Keep calling everyone. This is the last time I will ever attempt a pre-order through Rogers.

I pre ordered an iPhone 7+ 128 GB black within an hour the day it come out, been waiting for about a month now its ridiculous , number 10 in line. I'm without a phone since July cause I dropped it in a river. 4 months without a phone. Im really growing out of patience.

Great now the rogers site keeps giving me this error when i login to check my rservation.... even when i try to log out of myrogers

These must all be on the consumer side. My corporate account oder for the 7+ 128GB Silver has not moved for two weeks. Still sitting at 18 out of 117!

Who's really surprised though? Again, Rogers has us corporate customers in the bag. I still find it hard to digest though...Not one, I mean still...not even ONE SINGLE device????
How does one makes sense of how this process works or is designed? Is someone on the business end sitting there thinking..."Man, what a great job we did with this!"? I'm guessing that has to be the case, because preorders have been an issue from the get go.

I got tired of waiting. I got a rep to escalate for the cancelation of my "corperate" order and was able to do so. Next day I reserved a device at the apple store. Walked in. Asked if they could attempt to upgrade, he couldn't. I bought it outright. Iphone 7+ 128GB Black. Picked up a series 1 watch too. Loving them! Frustrations over. I needed the phone before a trip so had to get rid of that stress.

They may have us in the bag for the actual phone service, but are they not losing on phone sales? I am sure they must make some money on each phone they sell, so this frustration is causing corporate customers to cancel their orders and buy the phones directly from Apple.
Just does not make any sense to me.
