will someone from rogers be able to tell me definatively tell me whats going on , instead of making it up on the fly or listening to and relaying unsubstaciated rumours.

I wish you well in getting your phone. However, as someone who is on a consumer account on a corporate discount, I have my doubts Rogers will come through for you.
I have reserved on the myrogers side and was cancelled. I was asked to reserve on the business side and was cancelled with 0 notification of the cancel. I had to chat with a rep who told me that it was cancelled. I had to have a business rep put in the order (on my consumer account with corp discount) to get a confirmation of the order. This confirmation has no info on where I am in line and reps just say "I have no idea."
Past two years I pre-ordered via website, didint want to wait all this time , walked into apple store , first they say we cannt upgrade the phone then abouts 2 hours later I have the phone in my hands. The process is silly . I love my corperate plan but service is not the greatest.
Found out this about an hour ago on 9to5mac

Additionally, the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus launched in 28 countries on day 1 this year, versus 12 last year, again contributing to the supply shortage."
I have a Jet Black iphone 3gs, at least it looks close to it..
obviously not the same but, it is black and glossy just like the 7 jet black model.. both in new states i wonder how different it actually is? (im talking solely about the colour only)

Aparently, some shipment issues caused much of these delays. Still have to wait till after October 8th (and only at Apple retail stores).
Actually I CANNOT opt out as I have my work email on my phone and I am required to have it, hence I have to be on a wonderful Rogers corporate plan. Secondly it is NOT comparable since while stock is low, Rogers has NOT shipped one 7 plus jet black device to any customer since I have been at #2 since day one and not moved while there is confirmation they received units of Jer Black 7 plus 2 while Apple, Bell and Telus have all shipped a small number of devices to preordered customers regardless of how many they choose to give to people who have hookups. I know of people who preorders with Bell and Telus right when it opened as well as Apple and they all got a jet black. So YES I can complain about Rogers. I love how people will just blindly defend Rogers no matter how much they keep messing up preorders every year outside of "low stock they can't control".
Can somebody please update me on the delivery status of the iPhone 7 Plus? Rogers indicated that they would be providing"regular updates", however, I have received NONE to date. I do not appreciate the lack of communication with respect to the delays in delivery, even though it is out of their control. I am somewhere in the region of # 555.
I agree with ( jdalpine) No communications . I'm #200 on list , Im starting to look at the apple stores to reserve a 7plus 128gig) . Rogers has good customer service in general ( my opinion) but to reserve a phone on the business side is brutal.
Feels like the corperate plans are always last to recevie the products.
