@Lonnie1313 I know! Could be worse...they could've massively ramped up production by cutting some QA steps just to stay ahead of the competition, only have it blow up in their customers' faces.
I'm sure another giant production wave is pumping out as many as they can to pump up on unit sales before the end of the quarter (I think it's the 27th).

How is it every year rogers outdoes itself in making this reservation system more and more difficult to use?

Same exact thing happened to me. Now I have no idea where I am in line. I am ok with it. If I don't get one from Rogers, I'll just wait and buy it outright from Apple. Keeps my carrier options open while not on a contract.
Poor customer experiance Rogers......How about having 1 reservation system instead of 4. This causes customer confusion.
