Anyplace TV - Toronto vs Tampa March 31st 2014 Not loading

I'm trying to watch the baseball game on my desktop at work, but it only loads to 33%.....I've tried a few times now and it does the same thing.

Its working on my tablet at home...could it be a firewall issue with your work?
