Are you still experiencing the issue? Are you connecting via WiFi or over the Wireless network? Do you have any issues with browsing? Are you able to access it via your MyRogers profile?
Have any other community members experienced the same issue? If so, do you have any insight you could share on how it was resolved?
Unless something has changed recently, this app has always been unreliable. It's quite common to get strange errors, including not recognizing your PVR. If you try it a few times, it eventually works for some reason, then you may find it doesn't work again.
We are in Florida and trying to program some shows to record while away and the Anyplace TV Home Edition app on my wife's iPad is completely dysfunctional. Even when trying on a PC using MyRogers, then clicking on "Manage My Reccordings" produces an error message and then redirects you to the Rogers.com page.
Any update on this error? It's been a known issue and waiting for resolution for over a month.
