Analog TV Freezing

I live in Brampton, and its been freezing since yesterday evening. I'm on analog and most channels are freezing for 10-20 seconds. Pretty much unwatchable at the moment.. Checked with my neighbour accross the street and they are freezing too.

If they are freezing up.. and your nebiour is too.. (are they on analog as well?) Could be something effecting the WHOLE area, on what is broadcasing the analog signal.  Know anyone in the street with digital, are they having the same?  Could be the signal to the area/street as a WHOLE.

But usually if more than one is effected like that.. its a FEED issue.
