Adding wireless account to MyRogers that is already associated with another profile

I am having issues adding my wireless account to MyRogers.

The message "The account number entered is already associated with another profile" keeps coming up,

How do I delete the previous account that my account number was added to?

I keep trying to add my account to my profile so i can check my internet usage but everytime it says that i need to add my rogers accounto number. When i type it in it says that the number is already in use with another profile but this is my only one. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You never created a login before for any rogers services?

i would give them a call, or try the online chat.. have them look up your account via your ACCOUNT number, and see if there is another login associated with the account.. and they hopefuly can at least get you that login info, or be able to switch it over.

Ok i got it to work! Thanks! but i was just wondering how often my internet usage tracker is updated?

It says it is supposed to be updated every 4 hours. Most of the times it does unless something is down or such.

I am also having trouble with that, I get the message "The Pay As You Go wireless number entered is already associated with another profile."

 

What can I do?
