Adding additional channels

We have the Basic Digital Package, but we're wondering if there was any way to purchase/order additional channels separately? Specifically, all we are interested in is the Discovery Channel Canada.

Any help or info would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums.

If you have registered a MyRogers username at http://www.rogers.com and associated your cable account with it, you can go to Cable TV >> Channels and then order the channel you want.

If you are unable to locate the channel you want to add, you can also contact Rogers Customer Care at 1-888-764-3771 to have the specific channel added. You can also contact them via Live Chat at http://www.rogershelp.com/customerserv/cuscare.htm
