Added Caller ID last Friday, still seeing "Unknown Caller"! Help plz

I recently ordered the Caller ID Addon online here for $2 last friday. Today is Wednesday and I'm still unable to see the number of the person who's calling me. =(

Could you post the solution for other's to see ?

I think the 2$ is just for name display and requies the Caller ID add-on first, was that the problem ?

Yes Caller ID and Name display are required for either to work.
